Therapeutic Massage

Involves the assessment and treatment of the soft tissue and joints of the body. A variety of modalities such as Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Active Release Therapy, Myofascial Release, Frictions and Hydrotherapy are used to achieve a therapeutic response. The initial treatment includes: consultation, assessment, treatment plan, massage and home care advice.

Sports Massage

Treatment that focuses specifically on problems resulting from athletic performance, training, and injury. Pre-event assists to warm and stimulate muscles. Post-event hastens recovery after competition. During training helps the body recover quicker and aids in injury prevention. After injury speeds the healing and recovery time.

Kinesio Taping

Kinesio Taping is the time tested, therapeutic taping method using a unique elastic tape that will enhance the treatment of any stage of your treatment plan from acute to chronic conditions as well as prevention and maintenance. Kinesio Tape works to improve pain, healing, support, and function of the 5 major systems: skin, fascia, circulatory/lymphatic, muscle and joint - all by the varied application methods. It can be worn 3-5 days, allows full range of motion, and is effective treatment between professional visits. This treatment can be an add-on to a massage or a stand alone service. Pregnancy Massage with Prego Pillow

This massage helps ease the postural changes, edema, tension and discomfort experienced during pregnancy. The "Prego Pillow" is a professional addition to the table that allows pregnant women to lay safely and comfortably on their stomach. A real treat in the last 2 trimesters! Only recommended when expecting mother is no longer comfortable laying on her stomach.

Lymphatic Drainage

A superficial massage technique that manually moves lymph fluid to aid in the reduction of swelling, pain and congestion as well as increase the body’s ability to fight infection. The lymphatic system is your body’s first line of defence. Indicated for swelling and edema, when fighting infection, acute injuries and after surgery.

Relaxation Massage

Relax your mind and body. Relaxation techniques calm the nervous system, strengthen the immune system, improve circulation and decrease muscle tension caused by emotional and physical stress.

Indian Head Massage

Focused treatment of the neck, scalp and face. Can be added to a longer treatment working on other areas as well. Very relaxing for mind and body while reducing stress, headaches, eye strain, jaw pain and insomnia. The use of organic essential oils are included in this massage at your request to further enhance this therapeutic experience.

Hot Stone Massage

Smooth hot stones are massaged on the body as an extension of the therapists hands. Flowing massage strokes, combined with the soothing heat of the stones penetrates deep into the muscles melting away stress and tension, increasing circulation and lulling you into a deeply relaxed state.

Thermal Palms

Thermal Palms are specially crafted soft hand held modalities that mould to the contours of the body while delivering deep penetrating heat to muscles and joints during massage allowing the therapist to work deeper, quicker. Deeply relax mind and body during this therapeutic treatment.

Muscle Release Therapy

is a soft tissue technique applied to treat muscles, tendons, fascia, nerves, and ligaments. The practitioner will evaluate the tissues related to the complaint and note any abnormal findings such as: scar tissue, tightness, and adhesions between muscles. Treatment will include directing tension along the length of the muscle while having the patient go through specific movements to increase the stretch of the muscle. This technique will effectively improve muscle length and decrease tension, trigger points and pain.


is a therapy that applies negative pressure on the skin using glass, plastic, or silicone cups. The suction created by these cups stimulates and increases blood flow, which can help relieve joint and muscle pain, reduce inflammation, accelerate recovery, increase the function of the lymphatic and circulatory systems and increase overall relaxation and well-being. Cupping may also aid in the healing of scars and surrounding tissues.
